Description
The Wildlife Area, at the north end of Sauvie Island, consists of riparian areas, wetlands, pasture, and farmed grounds.
Outstanding Features
Waterfowl number reach 200,000 and shorebird numbers reach 30,000. Bald Eagles and Peregrine Falcons occurr on the Wildlife Area. These wetlands also play an important role in the endangered salmonid life cycles.Links
