Summer Camp 2008 Information

Audubon Society of Portland offers exciting week long camps that guarantee to create memories that will last a lifetime! 

Audubon Summer Camps inspire children to love and protect nature, in the very best way, by exploring, learning, and having fun. 

Audubon Society of Portland welcomes young people from first graders to high school seniors to participate.  We encourage people of all abilities and backgrounds to join us.

Summer Camp runs for ten weeks beginning Monday, June 23 through Friday, August 29.  Most classes run Monday-Friday unless otherwise stated. 

Excursions are week long programs filled with a different exciting fieldtrip each day!  Excursions meet and end at Upper Macleay Park.  Classes begin at 9am and adjourn at 4pm. 

Mobile Adventures are week long overnight camps.  Transportation, food and lodging are all provided. 

Start times vary from 8-9am and meet at Upper Macleay Park to depart on the bus for our weeklong adventure.  Pickup is at Upper Macleay on Friday at 4:00.

On-site programs meet at Audubon Society of Portland, 5151 NW Cornell Road. 

We offer half day sessions for 1st graders from 9am-1pm and full day sessions for 2nd-3rd graders from 9am-4pm.
